Apartments & Rooms
Surrounded by vast meadows, fields and forests in the middle of the Mecklenburg Pampas, our Estancia is a place where people can meet, relax, learn, celebrate, work and ride. Cavalan is inspired by the Argentinean estancias of my home country.
We have put our heart and soul into making this an Argentinian home, with three apartments and one room in our charming farmhouse.
Our minimum stay is 2 nights.
We have a fruit and vegetable garden here on our ranch, where you can harvest fresh ingredients at any time during your stay.
Your neighbors include our chickens, as well as our Argentine horses, with which we offer western-style rides in the unspoiled countryside around the ranch, suitable for all riding levels.
Your dogs are very welcome at our place! Just let us know when booking. We’re also happy to provide you with bicycles for exploring the area.

ARRIBA
Vacation apartment for up to 6 people
The Arriba vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of our charming farmhouse. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (or 2 single beds). In the living room there is a wood-burning stove and a sofa/bed for two more people. The apartment naturally has its own bathroom, a fully equipped private kitchen, and a separate entrance. You are also welcome to use our outdoor area.

NORTE
Vacation apartment for up to 4 people
The Norte apartment is located in the lower part of our charming farmhouse and has a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and a private kitchen. There is also a pull-out sofa bed for two more people and you have your own terrace in front of the living room. Our apartments are always equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils.

LOFT
Vacation apartment for up to 4 people
Our studio-style loft is also located on the lower level of our charming courtyard house and has a separate entrance. In the loft you have a private bathroom and a private kitchen. There is a double bed (or two single beds) and an additional pull-out sofa bed for two more people. You have your own terrace in front of the loft. Our apartments are always equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils.

DOUBLE ROOM
Room for 1-2 people
The double room is located in our charming courtyard house and is furnished with a 140cm double bed, a desk, and a closet. The room has a separate entrance and the shared bathroom is right next door. In our ranch house there is a fully equipped shared kitchen with everything you need, as well as a dining area that you are welcome to use.

At Cavalan you’ll find three cozy holiday apartments (for 2–6 guests), one double room, and four comfortable glamping tents (May–October, each for 2–4 guests). Altogether, 25–30 people can stay directly on the ranch. For larger groups, we’re happy to arrange additional accommodation in charming guesthouses and holiday homes nearby (within a 10-minute drive).

Bed linen and towels are included in all accommodations – even the glamping tents are equipped to make you feel at home.

Yes – our holiday apartments all have fully equipped kitchens with a stove, fridge, dishes, and everything else you’ll need. In addition, we provide equiped, shared kitchens and dining areas on the ranch, both indoors and outdoors for our Glamping guests.

You’ll stay connected: high-speed WiFi is available across the entire property via Starlink satellite internet. Mobile reception varies depending on your provider, but is generally available.

The holiday apartments and double room are open year-round, while the glamping tents invite you to a special nature experience from May to October.

Yes – dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Since Cavalan is home to horses, dogs and chickens and plenty of nature, pets should be well-behaved and supervised at all times.

Shops are close by: within 10 minutes by car you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, and smaller stores. For a wider selection, the town of Güstrow is just 20 minutes away.
