  • Horseback-guide & Events - full-/ part-time

    For the upcoming season, we are looking for a motivated team member to support us in tourism (trail riding guide, guest services & events) at the Cavalan Ranch.
    With us, you can expect a unique combination of nature, horses, and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

    Your responsibilities:

    Riding operations & trail rides:
    Preparing and caring for the horses, guiding trail rides, and supporting daily ranch operations

    Events & special occasions:
    Assisting with weddings and special events, supporting our popular Asado evenings, helping in service and kitchen, as well as event setup and breakdown, and contributing to planning and organization

    Guest communication & tourism:
    Communicating with guests (via email and in person), assisting with bookings and scheduling, and taking care of our guests during their stay

    What you bring:

    Riding experience and confidence handling horses

    Enjoyment in working with people and guests

    Team spirit and a hands-on mentality

    Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility

  • Office and Administration (part-time)

    Are you organized, enjoy working with numbers, and like to keep things running smoothly? Then join our team!
    We are looking for support in accounting & office administration on a mini job basis.

    What you’ll do:

    Support in accounting

    Processing invoices and receipts

    General office organization

    Assisting with administrative tasks

    What you should bring:

    A structured and reliable way of working

    Affinity for numbers and strong organizational skills

    Previous experience in an office or accounting is a plus

    Independence and attention to detail

  • Online Communication

    Do you love social media, are creative, and have a strong sense for aesthetics and storytelling? Then you might be a perfect fit for us.
    We are looking for support in online communication for the upcoming season!

    What you’ll do:

    Manage and grow our Instagram account

    Update and maintain our website

    Promote our activities and accommodation across different platforms and partners

    Create content around ranch life, horses, and events

    What you should bring:

    A structured and reliable way of working

    Creativity and a good eye for visuals and storytelling

    Experience with social media and content creation

    Independence and initiative
